At its core, the Marty 881 is a 2-component dosing and mixing system for reactive resins (e.g. polyurethane): It keeps the two components (typically polyol + isocyanate) available in separate circuits, conditions them (e.g. temperature/degassing depending on the design) and doses them in the set mixing ratio via metering/dosing pumps. The components are then brought together in the mixing head and discharged as a precisely defined quantity into the mould/mould or into a process (e.g. vacuum casting/impregnation).
