For dead space-free mixing of highly viscous pastes and powdered products. Uniform absorption of extremely high torques between mixing tank and agitator top.
For tempering the mixture, the mixing tank is equipped with a double jacket for the supply of cooling water.
The planetary mixer RWH100 is a mixing system in which eccentrically running mixing tools rotate B5719740 once around their own axis and additionally around the container axis in the vertically arranged mixing container (exchange container). At the same time, a container scraper (optionally mountable) rotates in the container.
The entire mixing drive can be hydraulically powered up in order to extend and empty the container or to carry out cleaning work.
Connections for loading and suction are attached to the container cover.
