The HERBOLD plastcompactor is a system for the agglomeration of films, fibres, chips, dust and flakes. Poorly free-flowing waste is turned into an agglomerate with a high bulk density and good flowability, which can therefore be applied directly to extruders and injection moulding machines. The plant for sale has a main motor with 110 kw drive power and a throughput of 600 to 2000 kg/h depending on the feed material. All thermoplastics can be processed, even sensitive materials such as PET, PA, and bioplastics can be agglomerated without thermal damage or discoloration.
