Stock# U2456-2 Used two shaft dissolver by Vollrath (DE) model VDDX 15. Machine has two shafts, each with length 69 cm. Centers of the shafts are in distance 165 mm. One shaft has mounted two toothed discs, each with diameter 170 mm - distance between discs - 5 cm. Second shaft has one toothed disc with diameter 170 mm. Shafts are belt driven by el motor 10 kW, 1465 rpm, 380 V, 50 Hz Ex proof design (EExeIIte). Working rotation of shafts adjustable mechanically up to 3000 rpm. Dissolver has also baffle/scrapper agitator, with manually adjustable position. Top rised mechanically, driven by gearbox and el motor 0.55 kW. Mixer is equipped with stainless steel mixing pan with diameter 600 mm x length of straight side of wall 470 mm. Total volume about 130 l, working - 100 l.
