The machine is used for the heat treatment of solid wood, in the form of planks or pre-cut pieces with a maximum length of 8 metres. The innovative vacuum technology, compared to traditional methods of impregnating wood, reduces treatment times by up to 50%, while also reducing emissions of harmful substances into the environment. High temperature combined with vacuum improves the intrinsic properties of the wood by changing its chemical structure. As a result, the wood elements take on a very dark colour and, most importantly, become harder and more resistant to external influences, i.e. moisture or fungi.
