Krones Triblock (rinser, filler and capper) / 20,000 bph / 1.5l The Krones Triblock from 2005 is a high-performance filling line with an output of up to 20,000 bottles per hour in 1.5-litre containers. The machine is designed for the filling of still and carbonated beverages. It processes bottles with 28 mm closures and integrates the process steps of bottle handling, filling and capping in a compact machine design. The system stands for reliable technology and an efficient production process.

This line is an automatic filling line designed for the aseptic filling of products with low pH (4.5), such as fruit juices with or without pulp, nectars and other non-carbonated fruity beverages, into 500 ml, 750 ml and 1000 ml barrier carton containers at ambient temperature and further packaging of the containers in cartons for distribution. These products have the same shelf life as Tetra Pak technology. This line has a capacity of 8100 cartons/hour, but can also be set to 7000 and 6000 cartons/hour.
