Mechanical single head crank-type Briquette Press for continuous Heavy Duty operation. -
Capacity: 2,650 Lbs/Hr (1,200 kg/Hr) depending on raw material quality.
Briquette dimensions: 3-1/2" (90 mm) dia.; 3/4" to 11-3/4" (20 - 300 mm) length.
Main drive: 75 HP (55 kW installed).
High quality welded steel construction.
Belt driven flywheel drive.
Pre-Heated oil Chamber.
This press has (200) press strokes per minute forcing the material through an extrusion chamber to produce uniform material at a high pressure; significantly reducing the volume from of chips/dust to a densified log.
This line also has: fully automatic cutting saw control box. <
Conveyor Belt.
KALLFASS UNIVERSAL Type "600" Shrink Tunnel for packaging.
The PAWERT Press was reconditioned in 2016 This is a complete line.
