The MULTUS U3000 has a B-axis range of 240° with an H1 milling spindle with 12,000 rpm and dual function (L/M).
The H1 dual-function spindle head uses CAPTO C6 tools and has a powerful 25 kW milling motor spindle.
The H1 turret features a B-axis with a resolution of 0.001 degrees, realized by a movable stand with Y-axis infeed, which enables high-performance Y-axis machining over a range of 250 mm.
Both the left and right spindle are equipped with a full-fledged C-axis.
Thanks to the OSP-P300 controller, familiar programming methods from turning and milling can be easily combined, so advanced features such as the "Collision Avoidance System" are available as standard.
