MAZAK QUICK TURN NEXUS 100MS CNC lathe was built in 2005 in Japan by YAMAZAKI MAZAK CORP. The machine, designed for precision machining of workpieces with a maximum diameter of 280 mm, is distinguished by the use of reliable components with excellent technical parameters, such as two spindles (main spindle and sub-spindle) and a 12-position turret. The machining process is performed inside a large, fully illuminated workspace by means of a powerful spindle with an integrated motor design that minimises vibrations at high speeds. This is all complemented by an intelligent CNC control that simplifies daily work by allowing even the most advanced machining programmes to be created in just a few steps.
