GGK WIELAND dust extraction system was built in 2022 in Poland by GGK
WIELAND POLSKA Sp. z o.o. It is a professional dust extraction system
designed for the effective removal of air contaminants generated by
milling, grinding, cutting and other technological processes. This
system is an essential piece of equipment for every professional
workshop and industrial plant, as it is crucial for work comfort,
safety and tool durability.
The GGK WIELAND extraction system enables the connection of all
machines in the plant by means of suction hoses and an extensive
system of pipes made of galvanised steel. The main component of the
installation is a powerful 11 kW MaxVac Central 110 suction unit,
which is responsible for generating the vacuum necessary to draw in
air with the contaminants. The solid material is then transported
directly from the work area to the FiltroJet 13 filter, where it is
separated from the air. This entire process is performed fully
automatically by means of pulses of compressed air. WIELAND dust
extractor has so far worked with the SERON 1328 PRO+ CNC router, which
is available in our offer.
The dust extraction system is fully complete and includes the
following components:
