The mill pictured serves only as a sample. The mill for sale is
currently being revised.
These mills are now being built by Eirich as an OrbitMill for the fine
grinding of industrial minerals.
Performance data of the Orbit Mill according to the manufacturer as an
example of limestone.
Air flow rate 13000 m³/h
Limestone Throughput
d97= 20 μm : 1.6 t/h
d97= 40 μm : 3.3 t/h
d97= 105 μm : 6.0 t/h
The mill pictured was used in glass recycling.
Four balls, which are pushed outwards by centrifugal force, grind the
ground material between the balls and the grinding path.
The centrifugal force is generated by a rotor. The ground material is
pneumatically transported into an integrated air classifier. The air
flow through the mill and grinding plant enables a B5719740
continuous grinding process.
The air classifier feeds the material that does not correspond to the
desired grain size back into the grinding zone and only the finished
grain out of the mill.
Low grinding costs
Low energy consumption
adjustable grinding fineness 300-25 microns
constant grain size
Possibility to grind and dry the grain at the same time
No bearings in the grinding zone
Easy maintenance
Changes and errors in the technical data, specifications and prices as
well as prior sale reserved.
