DMG CTX 510 ECO CNC turning center built in 2011 is used for precision
machining of workpieces with a maximum diameter of 465 mm. This
extremely efficient and perfectly optimised machine features a
specially constructed, inclined bed that effectively dampens all
vibrations and oscillations. This solution ensures the highest
possible process stability, bringing results such as improved
workpiece surface quality or increased cutting tool life.
Workpiece machining is carried out using reliable components in the
form of a high-speed spindle and cutting tools taken from a
12-position turret. Tools are changed in a very short time, so that
