For sale is a used Schäfer & Flottmann tray erector with lateral insertion function for package inserts, package products such as e.g. Flower seed bags, etc., which are placed at the bottom of the tray. The tray is previously covered with an adhesive and can thus be fixed to the bottom of the tray. A vision system from Keyence uses the camera to check whether the products used have been positioned correctly. If not, the tray is ejected. In one of the following stations, products can either be inserted laterally or the tray is formed into an open tray. The Schäfer & Flottmann has run little and is in very good condition. For sale is a used SOMIC packaging system with 2 fan conveyors (=2 formats). Tubular bags were packed, but other products that arrive horizontally from an infeed conveyor can also be packed.
