A piece of carton erector with cutting magazine for the autom. Erection of the cartons.
With the help of 2 transfer robots type FANUC M2iA / 3 SL, the bags were stacked in 4 transfer chutes with the help of Vakkum suction cups.
Another FANUC LRM 200 robot with gripper picks up an erected carton and moves to the transfer station, where the products are pushed into the carton. In the next step, the robot transfers the filled carton to the top sealer.
