DESCRIPTION

There are 2 production lines available. Each production line consists of three ANGER multi-spindle machining centers, each of which is connected to a KUKA robot. The loading and unloading of the EWAB conveyor belt is located at the back of the machines.

ANGER (1) - 5-axis: 4 vertical milling and drilling spindles at the bottom, 4 vertical milling and drilling spindles at the top, touch probe at the top, 4 horizontal milling and drilling spindles at the left. Workpiece carrier with three linear axes and two rotation axes.

ANGER (2) - 5-axis: 4 vertical milling and drilling spindles at the bottom, 6 vertical milling and drilling spindles at the top. Workpiece carrier with three linear axes and two rotation axes.

ANGER (3) - 5-axis: 4 vertical milling and drilling spindles at the bottom, 4 vertical milling and drilling spindles at the top, 2 horizontal milling and drilling spindles at the right. Workpiece carrier with three linear W5724990 axes and two rotation W5724990 axes. Between the second and third machines there is a washing machine that washes the finished part according to OP30.
