ECKERT AGAT SPEED oxy-fuel cutting machine was built in 2020 in Poland by ECKERT AS Sp. z o.o. The machine is used for thermal cutting of workpieces with a maximum thickness of 100 mm. The machining process is performed by means of a reliable oxyfuel torch according to pre-programmed cutting programmes or by manually controlling the cutting path. Workpieces machined in this way stand out for their perfectly smooth and even edges, regardless of the type of material. The open design of the machine, on the other hand, ensures free access to the work area from all sides, as well as excellent stability during even the most demanding challenges. ECKERT AGAT SPEED gas cutting machine was manufactured in Poland in 2014. The machine designed for precision cutting of metal sheets with a maximum thickness of 100 mm is distinguished by a high-quality portal with an open structure, ensuring excellent stability during the performed cutting process and free access of the operator to the working space. The contamination generated during the cutting process is continuously removed by a sectional extraction table covering the entire working area of the machine. The ECKERT gas cutting machine is also equipped with, among others, a state-of-the-art CNC ECS 872 controller and an oxygen torch support with capacitive distance sensor.
