The detection is set up on 0.5l glass bottles in the 20 module box. The inspector is equipped with a multi-camera system. As soon as a foreign bottle is detected in the box, it is then discharged via a pusher. Currently is set to cross travel. The detection is adjusted for 0,5l glass bottles and twenty modul crates. The inspector comes with a multi camera system. If an external bottle is detected, the crate will be pushed out in an other line. Currently the set up is for a long side leeding crate.
