Stock number U1984-2 Used impact dryer for pellet by RIETER (Germany) model AERO 500 in stainless steel design (material 1.4541, AISI 321). Dryer is equipped with air blower providing 90 m3/min and driven by electric motor with power 18.5 kW. Dryer has reported output 4000 kg/h of outgoing product. Flow rate of water with pellet: 35 m3/h (maximal), 25 m3/h (nominal) and 20 m3/h (minimal). Nowadays machine has installed screens with mesh 1.2 mm. Machine new 1997. Shipping dimensions of dryer: width 1400 mm x length 3830 mm x height 2265 mm. Weight of machine – 700 kg. Body of drying chamber is sound-muffled. Technical documentation included in german language. Machine had been working on PP pellet.

Completely overhauled screen round feeder with a diameter of 1,900 mm. In the course of the overhaul in 2025, the gearbox was completely dismantled and cleaned, all bearings and shaft seals were replaced, a pinion shaft and a bevel gear were reupholstered. The oil pump and the platter drive were overhauled, oil heating systems were renewed, etc.

Round feeder for dosing difficult-to-flow materials, trough diameter: 950 mm, trough height: 800 mm, trough capacity: approx. 0.5 m³, plate diameter: 1,200 mm; discharge via 3-arm soil agitator with wall-mounted scraper and adjustable pusher / weir. Drive via SEW adjustable gear motor with 5.5 kW. Workshop overhauled in 2017 by Belgian specialist company, not used since then.
