Overview This KRONES Topmatic labelling machine was manufactured in 2011 and was previously operated in a returnable glass production line. The machine is designed as a head machine with parallel bottle infeed and discharge and is suitable for high-speed labelling applications. The system is equipped with two labelling aggregates: one for neck and front labels and one for back labels. The neck label is applied using hot glue for closure sealing, while the remaining labels are applied using cold glue. The machine is fitted with two glue pumps and includes one spare hot glue unit. The back labelling station is disengageable, while the front station is permanently installed. With 36 bottle plates and a production capacity of up to 33,000 bottles per hour, the machine is suitable for demanding returnable glass operations. Overview  This complete filling line for returnable glass bottles was manufactured in 2012 by leading European producers Krones, Sidel, and Kettner. The line is designed for high-capacity beverage production, handling up to 42,000 bottles per hour in 0.33 L contour bottle format. It includes all necessary components from depalletizing to final palletizing and labelling, making it a complete turnkey system for bottling operations. The line underwent annual maintenance in August 2025 and was stopped on September 1st, 2025. It remains installed and connected, and can be inspected upon request. We offer the labeler after comprehensive overhaul and modernization (including cabinet). The machine is designed for bonding three paper labels on glass bottle. Implementation of fully stainless steel. Labeller is equipped with two stations: - adhesive label front, neck and back label. Scanning system and label transfer is based on the pallets, which select a label from a magazine, transfer it onto the gripper drum and then onto bottle. The machine is extremely stable and reliable. Support comes down to refill glue and charge labels into magazine. Capacity: max. 24 000 b/h. We provide 1 set of equipment designed for a customer bottle. Machine has full 12-month warranty.
