ZTS KOSICE LEK 160 eccentric press was built in 1984 in Czechoslovakia
by Závody Tažkého Strojárstva n.p. Košice. The machine is used in
cold metal forming. It is capable of performing operations such as
precise punching, stamping and bending. All these machining processes
are performed with a high press force of 160 tonnes, which, combined
with a very dynamic slider, guarantees the best machining results. The
slider makes between 32 and 50 strokes per minute and its stroke is
adjustable in the range from 25 mm to 160 mm. The ZTS KOSICE LEK 160
is also distinguished by its very rigid C-shaped design, which offers
excellent process stability during even the most intensive challenges.
The work table with a length of 1000 mm and a width of 740 mm enables
mounting of both larger workpieces and tools. All this makes the
offered LEK 160 eccentric press an excellent choice for the production
of parts with high repeatability and excellent precision. The total
weight of the machine is approximately 12800 kg.
