Condition

Used industrial condition – electrical/control fault present. The line appears mechanically substantially complete with uncoiler, slitting section, recoiling equipment, drives, hydraulics and control equipment installed. The HMI powers on but displays \"PLC no response\"; therefore, the line should not be considered operational based on the available information. Frames, shafts, mandrels and major mechanical assemblies appear intact with normal industrial wear, dirt and surface oxidation. The cause and extent of the PLC/control fault have not been diagnosed.
