WIEPOFAMA ZFB-50 gear hobbing machine was manufactured in 1970 in
Poland by Wielkopolska Fabryka Urządzeń Mechanicznych-Poznań. The
machine is used for the precision hobbing of spur and helical gears.
Machining is performed by means of the hobbing method, in which the
teeth are gradually formed around the entire circumference of the
workpiece. The use of this method ensures high dimensional accuracy
and repeatability of the produced parts.
The ZFB 50 gear hobbing machine enables the machining of gears with a
maximum module of 10 mm and a diameter of 700 mm. The set of
interchangeable wheels included in the offer enables flexible
adjustment of working parameters to a specific type of tooth profile.
All this is complemented by a robust design that ensures high
stability even during the most demanding challenges. All of this makes
the WIEPOFAMA ZFB 50 gear hobbing machine the best choice for the
production of precision drive system components used in the
automotive, aerospace and machinery industries.
