Manufacturer: WEBEN / CEEVER
Application: Automated part handling after upstream press (press not
component), washing, drying and quality control
Description:
The system is an automated system for removing and transporting parts
from an upstream press. Robots take over the parts, guide them through
an industrial washing tunnel (wet cleaning) via a conveyor and
transport system and then through a control/measurement system for
quality inspection. The entire process chain is designed for a
continuous process and combines robot handling, washing process,
conveyor technology and automatic quality decision (OK/NOK).
