11052026 Modernized 200 hl Brewery with 6 × 540 hl CCTs and Siemens
S7 Automation
This modernized 200 hl brewhouse was originally manufactured in 1995
by leading German brewing equipment manufacturers including Ziemann,
Huppmann, and Seeger. The complete brewhouse underwent a comprehensive
rebuild and modernization prior to installation at its current
location in 2018. Modernization included complete new operation
management system with Siemens S7 series PLC automation system.
The brewhouse can produce up to eight brews per day and has previously
been operated for High Gravity Brewing (HGB) applications. The
designed annual production capacity is approximately 400,000 hl, based
on a production rate of 1600 hl per day, five production days per
week, and fifty production weeks per year.
The brew line process comprises truck malt receiving, one 99-ton
storage silo, weighing and milling, a mash tun, two parallel lauter
tuns, grist handling system, a pre-run vessel, a steam-heated wort
kettle with separate bitter-hop and aroma-hop dosing, a whirlpool, a
hot-water system, a hot-trub recovery circuit, wort cooling and 2-tank
CIP system for complete brew line. In addition there are six
cylindroconical fermentation tanks manufactured by Holvirieka. The
brewery was in production until late 2025, with the last brewing
completed during the latter part of the year. Since then, the
equipment has remained powered, maintained, and under care.
Brewhouse is in good operational condition, and no refurbishment or
replacement work is currently required prior to recommissioning. All
equipment is installed, complete, and available for immediate sale and
relocation.
