Vaporetta VDG 1404 delaminator for separating 3 films connected to
each other (carrier film, useful film and protective film).

The still connected foils are passed from a roller through 2 sheets, at the rear edge of which they are separated from each other. The separation is achieved by pulling the foils in different directions. The protective film and the carrier film are rolled up on spindles via slip clutches and disposed of later. The usable film runs through a silicone-coated pair of printing R5734068 rollers and then into the cutter via various deflections and a dancer that coordinates the laminator with the cutter.
The machine can also be used as a sheeter for roll stock to produce sheets from roll stock.
