Technical details and functions

Device combination: The XVC304 is a 5-slide-in combi steamer (GN 1/1), and the XC314 is the precisely matched condensation hood with integrated exhaust fan.

Control: The hood is monitored and regulated directly via the control unit of the Unox ChefTop oven.

Auto-mandate: It switches on automatically when necessary (such as opening the oven door) to intercept the escaping steam.
