The highly productive, semi-automated TruPrint 5000 3D printing system
makes you fit for industrial series production. With features such as
optional 500 °C preheating and Fullfield Multilaser equipment with
three 500 watt TRUMPF fiber lasers, you are well equipped for highly
demanding industrial applications. The machine manufactures
high-quality components made of different metallic materials quickly
and reliably – and at the same time meets the high quality standards
in tool and mould making, also by means of 3D printing on preform
blanks, in the aerospace industry and in medical technology.
Optionally, the entire process chain can take place under an inert gas
atmosphere: screening, printing, cooling, depowdering. Combined with
external parts and powder management and monitoring solutions from
TRUMPF, it is predestined for industrial additive series
production.
Thanks to the Preform option, the TruPrint 5000 supports hybrid
component production. The component structures to be manufactured
additively are applied to a blank for this purpose. The innovative
option is particularly predestined for easy handling in tool and mould
making.
