TRUMPF TruMatic 1000 R punching machine was built in Germany by TRUMPF
Werkzeugmaschinen GmbH+Co. KG. The machine is used for precision
machining of thin sheet metal with a maximum thickness of 6.4 mm. Its
technical solutions, combined with reliable components, offer the
highest machining performance, even during the most intensive
challenges.
All machining processes, i.e. punching, marking, stamping and cutting,
are performed by a work head operating at a maximum force of 16.5
tonnes. It is accompanied by an linear tool magazine, which provides
storage for a large number of tools of all sizes and types in a rotary
holder. This holder, in turn, ensures exact matching of punch and die
and rotation of all tools to any angle.
On the machine’s sturdy C” shaped design, a work table with
integrated balls to facilitate the loading and unloading of
workpieces. The table also has clamps to hold the workpiece securely
during machining. The prepared sheet metal is fed to the work head on
specially designed slides. All this is complemented by an advanced
control system from BOSCH, which makes the offered TRUMPF TC1000R
punching machine meet all the expectations of even the most demanding
customers.
