Automatic Double Head Vertical Form / Fill / Seal Machine (Vertical FFS) - THIMONNIER M 3200

The Thimonnier M3200 is an automatic double head vertical form / fill / seal machine (Vertical FFS) to pack liquid & viscous products in pillow pouches using rolls of polyethylene. Possible products are: pasteurized milk / water / fruit juices / curdled milk / liquid yoghurt / nectars / cream / greek yoghurt / kefir / smetana / rayeb / sauces / soups or syrups. The pouches are continuously filled from an over tank headed with constant level and controlled by a proportional valve and a level sensor.The machine is very flexible and reach high output and high dosing accuracy. Strong frame made from steel profiles covered with stainless plates for maximum rigidity. A Clean-in-Place (CIP) has been integrated into the M3200’s design. All of the parts that come into contact with the product are built from stainless steel. Rate of production: 5.000 - 8.000 pouches per hour. Bag volume: 70 - 1.500 ml. This machine is previously used for packaging of milk in 1.000 ml / 1 liter pouches.
