The TBA 8 is one of the most reliable Tetra Pak machines around. The TBA 8 shown here is equipped for filling liquid foodstuffs with a volume of one litre of Slim. The machine is from development stage V 100. With an output of 6000 packages per hour, it corresponds to the standard speed of a TBA 8. The filling machine is overhauled by us in our own workshop in Germany.
In the course of the work, many wearing parts will be replaced, and all electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic and mechanical systems will be checked. After the change of parts is completed, we start extensive testing to verify the flawless production of the machine. For this purpose, the system is fully connected and we produce sample packs filled with water during the final adjustments. In doing so, we can adjust the final details as precisely as possible.
