The CombiFlash Companion personal flash chromatography system can be controlled and monitored from anywhere with any connection and Microsoft Windows® Explorer. It even notifies you via email once the separation is complete. The system's advanced automation and communication features give you the highest levels of productivity and peace of mind. This allows you to devote yourself to other tasks undisturbed while the cleanup is in progress. The touchscreen controller allows you to control the system locally on a clear screen. The optional solvent management module controls up to four solvents online and monitors their levels, so you're never left without solvents.

Companion uses precision-packed RediSep® RF columns to extract more virgin material in less time than glass columns or other disposable columns. Columns from 4 g to 330 g can be quickly replaced without additional hardware – for easy and fast scaling from milligrams to tens of grams of purified sample.

CombiFlash Companion automatically detects the column size and programs itself with the optimal conditions for this column. To start the run, simply press K6327004 "Play". Because the K6327004 software is specifically designed for purification rather than analysis, you can change method parameters in real time. To adjust the gradient during a run, simply click on a point in the gradient profile and drag it to the desired value to instantly modify the solvent mixture.
