Scope of delivery:
BaleTainer press incl. tilting device and bale chute. A megaliner with
an effective interior height of at least 2.9 m is required for
transport.
Possible applications:
Thanks to the large filling opening of 2,815 x 1,085 x 2,250 mm, the
BaleTainer is particularly suitable for large-volume, bulky cardboard
boxes, cardboard pallets, octatainers, films and unshredded PET
bottles. The machine works fully automatically, without operating
personnel. Simply feed material into the large insertion chute, and
the BaleTainer does the rest fully automatically. The large material
swing pushes the material in front of the strong rotor. This crushes
the material and feeds it to the bale chamber. Here, the material is
pressed into a disc with a surface pressure of 156 t/m². Once three
discs have been pressed, a bale is tied off and ejected fully
automatically. The press can be fed by means of a lattice trolley
using the existing tilting device or by hand from a ramp or by
forklift, wheel loader or conveyor belt from the side.
Remarks:
The press was completely overhauled in our workshop, maintained, then
tested with material and then dismantled and stored in two
transportable assemblies. The machine is available at short notice and
ready for immediate operation. A megaliner with an effective interior
height of at least 2.9 m is required for transport.
The following overhaul work was carried out:
To assess the state of wear of the press, the machine was first
dismantled into the main assemblies and cleaned. Each assembly was
individually tested for function, wear and tear as well as maintenance
or repair requirements. The individual overhaul steps were determined
and carried out on the basis of the repair profile.
The hydraulic oil tank was completely emptied and cleaned. The flange
gasket, oil filter and air filter have been renewed. The tank was then
filled with new hydraulic oil according to the manufacturer's
specifications.
The two main hydraulic cylinders from the press pile driver were
leaking. Both cylinder tubes including the complete gasket sets were
replaced. After the repair, the cylinders were checked for tightness
with the permissible maximum pressure.
Two cylinders of the needle bridge, two cylinders of the vertically
opening counter-press plate and two cylinders of the tilting device
were dismantled, the complete gasket sets were replaced and the
cylinders were tested at maximum pressure.
The needle bridge with the drill unit was dismantled, checked and all
bearings of the Driller axles as well as the chains of the Driller
chain sprockets were replaced.
The pressure plate of the swingarm was renewed, the roller guides of
the swingarm were made operational.
All brass and POM Schleiß rails on the vertically opening press shaft
were worn out and were replaced.
All hydraulic hoses have been checked, some have been replaced.
