Stephan universal machine for producing processed cheese, convenience products, vegan spreads and confectionery. Formerly used in melted and cream cheese production (also vegan). Machine bowl with top valve (DN125) and bottom valve (DN125), lid, frame, side covers are all made of stainless steel.
