The SPX Waukesha Cherry-Burrell 220 U1 is a rotary positive
displacement pump which can handle dairy products (e.g., yoghurt,
quark, curd and butter), solids (e.g., cherries and olives), slurries,
pastes, and a variety of liquids. If wetted, they offer self-priming
performance. A gentle pumping action minimizes product degradation.
They also offer continuous and intermittent reversible flows and can
operate dry for brief periods of time. Flow is relatively independent
of changes in process pressure to, so output is relatively constant
and continuous. Duo - twin wing stainless steel lobes. Nominal
displacement: 1,976 liter per revolution. Maximum nominal capacity:
70,4 m3/h. Inlet connection: 3. Outlet connection: 3. Maximum product
pressure: 13,8 bar Maximum pump speed: 600 rpm. The pump is used in a
dairy for product pumping. The current motor with this pump is 7,5 kW
- 1.445 rpm - 400 V - 50 Hz - 14,42 A and the lobe speed is converted
to 226 rpm, which results in a capacity of 25 m3/h. Pump and motor
mounted on a H6353732 stainless steel frame with 4x wheels., Type of
