Feeding and separation unit from sortimat, consisting of a robust stainless steel spiral conveyor, linear conveyor line and feed hopper. The system is designed for the automatic sorting, feeding and separation of small components in assembly and production lines.
The spiral conveyor has a stainless steel conveyor plate with Ø approx. 300 mm, multi-speed screw conveyor. The linear unit takes over the transfer of the components to downstream systems.
The system is pre-assembled on a steel frame and has several adjustable sortimat control units (rail / spiral conveyor / bunker). The system comes from a running production line and shows typical signs of wear.
