Complete feeding and sorting station consisting of two spiral conveyors (Sortimat), each with stainless steel bunker attachment, internal insulation and a downstream separation and transfer system. The system was used in an industrial assembly line for parts feeding.
The unit stands on a stable steel frame (painted blue).
Each spiral conveyor has its own control units (Sortimat), consisting of:
Bunker controller
Spiral conveyor controller
Rail/vibrator regulator
All controllers are individually adjustable.
