Fully automatic angle welder FP 6000 CS
-The angle welder has several monitoring sensors, light barriers or
photocells to control the automatic process, as well as mechanically
adjustable product chicanes. User-friendly control panel with
extensive functions and setting options such as automatic and set-up
mode, storage locations for different pack formats, piece counters,
packaging performance calculation, multipack functions, communication
functions, password levels and power saving functions.
-Motorized adjustment of the welded frame and the shape angle.
-Packaging capacity: Up to approx. 50 pieces / minute.
-Maximum length of the product approx. 600 mm (longitudinal beam
length of the angle welder approx. 650 mm).
-Maximum width of the product approx. 400 mm (crossbeam length of the

-The hot air flows can be adjusted via several deflection plates at
the tunnel entrance and exit.
-The machine can be pushed or fixed via lockable castors.
-Adjustable outlet roller conveyor with protective cover (can be
dismantled) about 1m long and 400 mm wide.

Only about 3800 packs were produced with the system, so it is in an
almost unused condition.
