Machine Purpose

The tightening banding machines of the SKINETTA series serve the purpose of tightening individual products or several individual products with polyethylene film.

A special advantage of the patented SKINETTA tightening system is the infinitely variable, fine dosing.

The sealing (welding) of the film takes place in the smallest of spaces and a clean sealing seam with very small protrusions is created. By connecting a SKINETTAther or SKINETTAshrink heat cover and using a correspondingly wide film, the film protrusion protruding beyond the container can be shrunk laterally. This pre-singing makes the container even more stable, preventing individual products from falling out laterally with appropriately grouped containers. A full closure of the containers by sealing, sealing and side folding is possible with appropriate additional devices.

The range of SKINETTA tightening banding machines includes 6 basic types of film widths to be processed
from 25 mm to 200, 290, 440, 590, 790 and 1250 mm width. In order to increase the output rate, two to four-lane turbines are manufactured in addition to the single-lane version. - In the SK (semi-automatic) series, the products are grouped on the machine table by an operator.
