Simon Freres Butter bulk packing without kneading effect or damages to the structure. Automatic filling of butter into carton and cases between 5 to 50 kg. Currently this machine is set for carton boxes of 10 kg butter blocks. Dimensions of the forming head: 130 mm x 130 mm. Extrusion length of the block is adjustable. Feeding by a big volume feeding hopper with 2 large diameter augers / screws (185 mm). Infeed conveyor and manually position the folded carton box in front of the extruder.
