2.1 Intended Use
The RFU630-041xx RFID read/write device is an intelligent 4Dpro sensor from the RFU6xx (UHF) product family. Version (Workspace): Long Range.
The stationary device automatically identifies radio-based data carriers (trans-ponders) on moving or stationary objects. In addition, the device supports the management of the disks.
With the help of a maximum of 4 external antennas, the device processes the data of all common, passive transponders in A5726837 accordance with ISO/TEC 18000-6C A5726837 and EPCglobal UHFC1G2 in the region-dependent UHF carrier frequency range. The device does not include an integrated (internal) antenna.
Intelligent process logic enables processing either as a stand-alone solution or grouped in network operation. The device sends the read results to a higher-level computer via its host interface. The computer coordinates the further processing of the data in the process.
Via its host interface, the device receives corresponding commands for managing the data carriers (write, read, etc.).
