Overview This 20 hL brewhouse was manufactured in 2012 by
Schwarzenbeker. It is a 2-vessel system (Mash/Boil + Lauter/Whirlpool)
with a net capacity of 18–19 hL and a maximum mash load of 600 kg.
The brewhouse is steam-powered with a double steam jacket and
PLC-based automation, offering recipe management and precise process
control. It is in generally good condition, though a minor review is
recommended. The package also includes a biomass steam generator
