For the efficient recycling of residual and scrap rolls from the paper/packaging industry, printing companies, etc.
The hydraulic roller splitter is suitable for cutting paper, cardboard and plastic foil rolls/balls, as well as for aluminium foil and is mainly used for the recycling of residual and scrap rollers, as well as for the crushing of start-up clumps.
The roller cutters are available in various performances in terms of cutting force and roller dimensions.
Rolls with a maximum width of 3,000mm and a diameter of 1,200mm can be processed.
Special models for processing rolls with particularly large dimensions are also available. M5714292
As an experience, we offer special material feeding techniques, as well as automated feeding and removal techniques.
With regard to personal/occupational protection, we offer optional protective caeshisores or sensor technologies.
