Careful movement of the mash with a large, slow-running mash
turner.
Automatic operation of the mash movement possible day and night. The
duration and interval of the movement cycles can be infinitely
adjusted via time clocks.
Fermentation is pressureless.
Cooling or heating option centrally via the maize chewing ender with
internal forced guidance for cooling and heating medium. This means
direct temperature transfer without energy losses.
Freely selectable fermentation temperature with digital
setpoint-actual-value display.
Targeted complete emptying via discharge screw attached below.
On request, the horizontal container can be upgraded as a white wine
juicing container.
