Bonding of the material: The original roll is glued to the beginning of the roll with a double-sided adhesive tape and handed over to the end of the roll of the empty roll in production (adhesive tape is applied manually) and then automatically chopped off, allowing overlapping of the residual material up to 1 meter. The residual material must be located above the material web and the adhesive point must be covered by the two material webs.

Bonding of the material: The empty sleeve is prepared manually with double-sided adhesive tape and after the finished roll has reached the running meters, the empty sleeve turns on the material webs and is automatically cut off and applied. Overlapping of the residual material is allowed up to 1 meter. The plan location of the last layers is insignificant, as the rolls are further processed.
