plate heat exchanger with stable internal construction in AISI304,
special heat exchanger plates Sondex Denmark in AISI316, surface area
per plate: 0.08m², flow volume per plate: 0.21dm³, special gaskets
made of nitrile snap-on without glue, hydraulic test pressure: 8.0bar,
test temperature: 110°C, heat recovery: 85%, temperature profile
6-68/74/88-6/33/45°C - 4 sections, final heating outlet
cheese/yogurt: 33/45°C, media: approx. 3000+3000l/h hot water 92°C,
approx. 3000l/h cooling water 2°C, holding tube for 15s, design
stainless steel AISI304, I632259 switching system for product to the
foreflow tank by means of pneumatic changeover valve as soon as the
heating temperature is approx. 2°C below the setpoint, 2x hot water
generators for pasteurization and final heating, closed circuit,
assembly for automatic water supply, automatic system for hot water
supply, expansion vessel, pump, brazed plate heat exchanger.
