Roll diameter - bore: 70 mm CNC – controlled profile and tube bending machine for demanding and precise bending work with hollow sections and tubes.

With our machines, aluminium – steel / stainless steel – various plastics such as PVC window profiles (depending on the application) can be bent with repeatable accuracy, regardless of the material. Depending on the equipment, our machines can also be used for three-dimensional bending work. Our REPANDUS models can work both horizontally and vertically.

The models of the REPANDUS series work with a fixed upper roller and two movable lower rollers – this means that the straight end piece is relatively short compared to machine concepts with fixed lower rollers.

Our special software works with special algorithms for controlling and regulating three to five CNC axes in connection with profile and tube bending work.
Automatic calculation of 150 roller speeds and 500 positioning speeds of the lower rollers.
Automatic duty cycle - The workpieces can be bent in one pass or in several passes.
Up to 36 different sequential radii can be bent on one material rod.
