MITSUBISHI RV-70FM-D1-S15 robot was built in 2020 in Japan by
MITSUBISHI ELECTRIC CORPORATION. The machine has worked a small number
of hours and has not been used in production.
The MITSUBISHI RV-70FM-D1-S15 is a state-of-the-art industrial robot
designed to automate production processes in an industrial
environment. With a payload of 70 kg and an arm reach of 2050 mm, it
enables efficient operation in CNC machine handling, palletising,
assembly and workpiece loading and unloading. All of the 6 axes are
equipped with AC servo motors with brakes. This solution, combined
with a position detection system based on absolute encoders, ensures
high movement dynamics, precision and stable operation even during
intensive use.
The MITSUBISHI RV-70 robot arm cooperates with the CR760-70VD1-1-S15
controller, which is responsible for precise motion control and
enables the expansion of the system by additional axes. This enables
flexible adaptation of the robot to individual production needs, while
maintaining high repeatability and process stability. The total weight
of the machine is 640 kg.
