ZERMA GSE 700 plastic granulator machine manufactured in 2018, is used in the processing of lightweight plastics such as PE, PP or PVC. The granulator has a specially shaped hopper with splash protection, inside of which there are fixed knives and a rotor with knives arranged in a ‘V’ shape. The rotor is driven by a slide-rail-mounted electric motor with tension-screw adjustable V-belts. The ZERMA GSE 700 plastic granulator machine can even cope with larger pieces of plastic, such as lumps and film rolls, thanks to the use of a deflecting wedge and block knives to prevent the rotor from blocking. All of the machine’s components are mounted on a base frame, fitted with mounting pads to dampen noise and vibration.

GUANGZHOU PC2660S plastic mill was manufactured by Chinese granulator manufacturer Guangzhou 3E Machinery Co. in 2018. The structure of the cascade knife granulator is made of high quality steel, ensuring rigidity, high efficiency and long service life of the machine. The machine is equipped with a rotor (cutting knife arrangement) with a cascade layout, consisting of 3 rows of 6 knives each. The rotor is 600mm long, 600mm wide and has a diameter of 260mm. The moving knives operate at a speed of 607 rpm. The drive system has a massive drive wheel, and the drive is transmitted via V-belts to the rotor pulley. The total weight of the machine is 1060 kg.
