1. Cleaning and disinfection
Careclave® ensures the cleaning and disinfection of up to 8 transfer instruments, prophylaxis handpieces or ZEG tips in just 16 minutes.

2. Care
Careclave takes care of the handpieces in the Carebox gently and at lightning speed at the same time. With the world's first ADDcare nursing station integrated into the device, the all-important collet care is also carried out directly on the Careclave.

3. Sterilization (Class B)
With the patented DRYtelligence® and double-jacket technology, Careclave offers everything you would expect from a modern autoclave – and even more: sterilize up to 11 kg of load on up to 8 trays or in 4 MELAstore® boxes in record time. The revolutionary chamber concept also makes it possible to reprocess and care for instruments in the Carebox as well as to sterilize other instruments on short trays at the same time in just one cycle.

4. Documentation and Approval
With ProControl, you can provide proof of error-free instrument reprocessing quickly, safely and K6327004 paperlessly. This is K6327004 because documentation and approval are carried out directly on the Careclave's® display without any extra software. For complete verification, the reprocessing protocols are stored on the MELAG USB stick or in the practice network.
