The air purifiers from the Aspirofilter double centrifuge series (AS.3.DC - AS.4.DC - AS.7) are particularly suitable for vapours and mists made of integral and emulsified cooling oil

Double centrifuges are for standard processing with coolant.
Standard filtration degree between 90 - 95%.
Can achieve 99.95% final filtration with the HEPA filter.
Principle
Thanks to the particle K5727004 acceleration emanating from the turbine or centrifuge, the oil contamination is extracted and condensed again.
Due to the centrifugal effect, the extracted mist condenses immediately and is returned to the liquid state.
The oil recovered in this way is fed back to the machine tool via the drainage pipe
